Sales Specialist


  • Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.
  • Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers, sellers & leasers, generally representing one or the other.
  • Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price.
  • Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
  • Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.
  • Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking
  • Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers' needs and financial resources.
  • Contact property owners and advertise services to solicit property sales listings.
  • Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
  • Arrange meetings between buyers and sellers when details of transactions need to be negotiated.

  • Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with CB team as well as the Clients, and maintaining them over time.
  • Scheduling events, programs, and activities, as well as the work of others.

Front Office Executive/Pre Sales


Front Office :

·         Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of calls, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department.

·         Taking care for incoming guest

·         Pantry

·         Office Cleanliness

·         Attendance

·         Petty Cash

·         SPOC for HR issues

·         Orders, receives, and maintains office supplies.

·         Creates and prints fax cover sheets, memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents.

·         Performs other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and collating.

·         Updates appointment calendars.

·         Maintains fax machines, assists users, sends faxes, and retrieves and routes incoming faxes.

·         Takes payments for services and products.

Pre Sales

·         Take pre-sales calls for the leads generated and assigns them appropriately to the specialists/agents.

·         Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information.

·         Handel end to end leads

·         Maintain MIS for all the customers

·         Property listing on portals

·         First point of contact for all the customers

·         Taking to them and understand the property requirement

·         Help and guide them with the information

·         Try and convert the call into meeting

·         Send those leads to Business Head and Sales Specialist

·         Follow up with the customers.
