Imperial 2

It is the tallest tower in Mumbai as well as in India. It is a housing complex at 256 meters. Being 60 floors above the ground, this tower is built in MP Mills Compound and provides duplex apartments above the 40th floor. All the apartments have an outdoor deck with 150 to a 270-degree view. Also, the building is designed by Hafeez Contractor and it is constructed by Shapoorji Pallonji Group.

Ahuja Towers

It is the second tallest tower in Mumbai and is said to be the third tallest in India. Ahuja construction is the owner of the housing building which got operational in 2015. The 54-storey building has the height of 248 meters, proffers 78 homes and is the home to various bigwigs of India. Situated in Pradhadevi, there are 7 unique apartments on the 40th floor and above. Wilson Associate, New York have designed or done the interiors for the project.

Lodha Bellissimo

Lodha Bellissimo is a third tallest tower in Mumbai, located in Mahalaxmi with a height of 222 meters above the sea level. It has 48 floors in the building and proffers huge size 2, 3 and 4 BHK apartments. The building is designed by the Geoffrey Bawa and proffers 5 BHK duplex penthouse with lesser options which are available for sale. Each home offers a view of cityscape ad Eastern Seaboard.

Orchid Enclave 2

Orchid Enclave is presently under construction and expected to be one of the tallest livable towers in the Island city. It is constructed by DB Realty and lies close to Mumbai Central. With the height of 210 meters, it boasts 52 floors, once it is completed.

It is located in Mahalaxmi area of South Mumbai and is one of the tallest towers in Mumbai as well as the country. There is a huge amount of open space around the towers as just 5% of the land was used for construction.

Mumbai World Trade Center

This is one of the tallest buildings in Mumbai and located in Cuffe Parade area of the city. It was built in 1970 and until 2010 was the tallest building in South Asia when the construction of the Imperial Tower was actually completed.
