We are information driven company and we seek and deliver a Complete package based on extensive data gathered. Our consultants individually sit with you one on one and understand from you your requirement. We are in a position to match this requirement to the property and deliver the complete and correct solution to you. The solution can be in-house or outside our representative would deliver the solution completely and correctly. There have been occasions when our solutions provided have addressed the enquiring prospects requirement but has not created immediate business for Samyak. It only endorses our belief that the customer requirement is paramount business can happen. This practice has resulted in many of such prospects becoming our customers at a later stage and being with us in their journey of property acquisition and interchange for years now.

These aspects and the difference in the way of doing business brought Samyak to the notice of the worlds largest Real Estate Consultancy firm ,based in the Unied States of America, Century 21.
Samyak has been an exclusive business partner of Century 21 for the area of Navi Mumbai, now for the past 10 years
